As Data steward you are responsible for accuracy of administrative input, output and maintenance of operational related data in SAP. You are accountable for all financial/inventory audits and key-control activities for the logistic department. If there are IT change projects on the whole logistic department, you are preferable responsible.

As back-up of the Finished Goods Stock Controller (FGSC) you are responsible for follow up of all finished goods movements of Veurne Plant (in- & outs) together with the FGSC. You do the follow up of raw- and finished goods stock corrections and harmonization of stock control processes. Therefore you do a monthly close process including reporting for raw materials & finished goods of Veurne Plant.


    • You are responsible for the plant production material masterdata in SAP
    • You maintain production related Master Data and receipts (BOM: Bill of Materials) in SAP to ensure fluent up to date production processes and material changes.
    • You follow up and act pro-active on change projects with plant planning- and supply team in order to improve the speed and quality of data set-up.
    • You give consultation on master data related projects.
    • You create and test master data for new applications (ProLink, etc.).
    • You create new tools and study existing data to advising management on needed actions.
    • You are accountable for Logistic audit process and reports results in the GSS portal.
    • You control inventory level by follow up physical counts and the plant unusual movements.
    • You are responsible to prepare and execute remediation plan if it is needed.
    • You proactively search and solve possible audit gaps.
    • You are preferable Single Point of Contact IT change projects in Logistics department.
    • You are accountable to provide resources to get the IT projects realized within the logistic department.
    • You provide consultation in Logistic IT and process changes and give broad support for testers. You do a general follow up of all current IT projects with the local IT manager (BMR).
    • You create proposal for complex projects with needed technical and saving calculations (ME form creation). You analize effects of changes in advance to find the best solutions. You test new changes and follow up them with the IT team/3rd parties until go live.
    • You are accountable to achieve financial AOP objectives on stock corrections on the plant logistic activity by analyzing stock movements, usage data and implementing new efficient processes. · You monitor the Finished Goods stock control activities by planning actions of the team and evaluating, monitoring its results.
    • You are responsible for the harmonization and integration of Raw Material stock control processes. You optimize and standardize the processes within the plant and zone by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational, and changes and procedures.
    • You establish new standard procedures aligned with the plant logistic management.


      • You have at least 3 years of SAP-experience
      • You are knowledgeable on operational processes and metrics
      • You have excellent computer skills and advanced IT-system know-how (Excel, VBA)
      • You are a good communicator in Dutch and English
      • You are capable of motivating employees
      • You are proactive and willing to take initiative in order to achieve better results
      • You have good analytical skills
      • You are a team player
      • You are able to work under pressure, have good time management skills and are flexible.
